Business Growth Committee

The Business Growth Committee provides business owners with the tools and knowledge necessary to facilitate the expansion of their businesses and make valuable contributions to the working economy of the Southland region.

Marketing Committee

The Marketing Committee defines and executes strategies, including associated processes, procedures, and tools, to effectively brand, promote and advance the chamber’s identity, reputation and events.

Workforce Development Committee

The Workforce Development Committee addresses current and future workforce needs of the Southland Region by collaborating with local businesses, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. The Committee fosters a skilled labor pool that aligns with the evolving needs of business and industry to drive economic prosperity.

Government Affairs Committee

The Government Affairs Committee advocates important legislative policies that affect businesses on federal, state, and regional levels.  It serves to promote strong government relationships by working with local officials to protect, retain and expand the business community’s interests and opportunities.

Membership Committee

The Membership Committee executes innovative strategies that attract new members while ensuring long-term engagement and retention of existing members.

Healthcare Committee

The Healthcare Committee addresses issues related to the healthcare industry within the Southland and provides education and resources relevant to membership.

Strategic Planning Committee

The Strategic Planning Committee establishes the chamber’s vision, strategy, and annual goals that include membership tiers, leadership structure, organizational structure, and long-term direction for the chamber.
